White with a tint of purple that reflects with light. 
3/8, 1/2 = 4/0 Hook
3/4, 1, 1.5 = 6/0 Hook
2oz = 8/0 Hook
Twist locks are the next best thing. 
thread on like a standard swimbait. when you reach the twist lock, grab the tail and whip it around the tip of the hook, at the same time threading it on until it reaches the head. Multiple bites without having that bait annoyingly slide off after every cast.
